The WAVE PTX Dispatch provides the connectivity to centralize your communications, keeping your teams connected in the field. With the WAVE PTX, you have access to web-based dispatching, allowing you to log in from any PC. The web-based dispatching also gives you access to the latest features without installing software or having to maintain it with updates. You also have the option to share information with a specific individual or the entire team via text, photo, video, or file attachments, allowing you to easily disperse critical information with your team seamlessly. Broadcast calling allows you to dispatch key information to everyone instantly.
Additionally, the WAVE PTX Dispatch offers location and mapping tools, allowing you to see your mobile teams on a map and dispatch based upon real-time location information. You can also replay historical routes, to determine where your team has been.
Calls can also be recorded, then bulk-exported to create a backup of your team’s shift. That means you have a record of where they have been and what calls occurred, which can easily be recovered for use. With priority-based talk group scanning, instant personal alerts, and PTT calling, your team can always connect to address critical issues.
With dispatcher override, you can speak at anytime during a call, even if someone else is speaking. Your dispatcher can also monitor and prioritize multiple talk groups with individual-user-defined prioritization so you can always hear the highest priority calls. When there are emergency requires you to quickly connect with your team, the instant alert feature allows you to send and receive call-back alerts. For important information or announcements, you can use the WAVE PTX Dispatch to make a high-priority, one-way call.
